Next time you feel like putting on a dumb suit and standing in front of a weather map to tell the good people of your city about the incoming hurricane that is forming in your mind at the moment, just don't do it. Apparently it is illegal. We don't know why, but it must be that the officials don't like dealing with widespread panic after the people hear about 'softball size hail' from a fake storm you decided was coming. Strange.
